Tupangishe connects people looking to rent properties with property owners (householders) and agents. There are four types of users on the platform:

• System Admin and Tupangishe management: The person(s) who manages the platform.
• Householder: A property owner who lists their property for rent.
• Agent: A person who posts properties on behalf of householders and earns a commission for each listing.
• Public: Anyone who can browse the platform without registration.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Householder: You are responsible for ensuring your property details are accurate and up-to-date. You agree that your listing complies with all applicable laws.
• Agent: As an agent, you can list properties on behalf of the householder. You will earn a commission for each listing you post. You must act honestly and fairly when posting properties.
• Public: You can browse available properties without registering. However, if you wish to contact a householder or agent, registration may be required.

3. Account Creation

• Householders and Agents: You must create an account to list properties. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details secure.
• Public Users: Do not need to create an account to view listings but may need to register to contact a householder or agent.

4. Property Listings

• Householders: You are responsible for the accuracy of your property listing. If any information changes, you must update the listing.
• Agents: You must ensure that the property listings you post are accurate. You will receive a commission for each successful listing published.
• Content: Listings must not include false or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate our rules.

5. Payments and Fees

• Agents: You will earn a commission for each property you list. The payment details and commission structure will be explained to you at the time of posting.
• Householders: You may be charged fees for posting listings. These fees will be clearly stated on the platform.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Post false, harmful, or illegal content.
• Use the platform to spam or promote other businesses.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between householders, agents, and public users. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute that occurs while using the platform.

9. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if you engage in dishonest behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and they will take effect immediately. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be handled in Tanzanian courts.
